Throughout my career, from hands-on manufacturing roles to leadership in engineering and manufacturing, I’ve found the most rewarding part of my job is helping engineers, operators, and maintenance staff grow their skills, confidence, and impact.

Whether it’s guiding junior engineers through practical applications of Six Sigma, advanced Excel, Python, and data analysis, or helping technical experts transition into effective leaders, I thrive on creating clarity and capability where it’s needed most. My work often blends technical depth with real-world application, teaching how to bridge the gap between theory and daily operations in industries including plastics, textiles, web handling & converting, and more.

As someone who has worked across controls engineering, production optimization, and OEM design, I enjoy distilling complex concepts into approachable learning experiences. I also take pride in helping teams think critically about asset performance, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
